  • I forgot my password — what should I do?

  • What happens after I send an interest?

    The other member receives your request. If they accept, you move into a connection where you can continue the conversation. If they decline or do not respond, no further action is needed from you.

  • Can I use the platform without paying?

    You can register, build your profile, and complete verification without a paid plan. Sending new interests or view requests uses membership or credits depending on how billing is configured for your region.

  • What uses a credit?

    Only sending a new interest or view request. Viewing browse previews, accepting someone's request, and replying within an existing connection do not spend credits.

  • Which payment methods are supported?

    Depending on your region, checkout may include PayPal or bank transfer. Available methods and currencies are shown on the pricing and membership pages when you are eligible to purchase.
