These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nikah For All. By registering, browsing, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into marriage under the laws that apply to you.

This service is for individuals seeking marriage (nikah) in a respectful, halal context—not for casual dating, commercial solicitation, or any unlawful purpose.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure.

You must notify us promptly of unauthorised access. One person per account unless we explicitly approve otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other members.

We may review profiles and request additional information before granting verified status. Verification is a privilege, not a right, and may be refused or revoked at our discretion to protect the community.

Submitting false, misleading, or impersonated information is grounds for immediate removal.

You agree not to:

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service, including applying privacy and visibility rules.

We may remove content that breaches these Terms or community standards.

Some features may require a paid plan or credit pack when billing is enabled. Prices are shown in LKR unless stated otherwise.

Payments may be processed by third parties (for example PayPal). Refund and cancellation rules are described at checkout and on the Membership page.

We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required by law.

We facilitate introductions between members but do not guarantee matches, marriages, or compatibility. You are solely responsible for your interactions, due diligence, and decisions—including involving family or guardians where appropriate.

The platform is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nikah For All and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other members.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you have not paid.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect members and platform integrity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

Disputes should first be raised with us at the contact below; we will attempt good-faith resolution before any formal proceedings.
